Listove zelatina izvadi iz vode, ocijedi malo i stavi ih u toplo vrhnje i dobro mijesaj dok se ne rastope<br />
Ulij mjesavinu u pripremljene case ili posude<br />
Evo savjeta kako da budu ovako efektivne: ja sam odabrala vinske
case, poslagala ih u jedan duboki duguljasti kalup i polozila ih ukoso<br />
Nalijevanje u case: uzmi jedan lijevak i polako sipaj kremu u nakosene case uz pomoc lijevka<br />
Ostavi tako da se ohladi i stegne - preko noci najbolje<br />
Maline odmrzni, saspi u blender/mixer i napravi kasu od njih<br />
Zatim ih procijedi kroz fino sito da bude cisto bes kostica<br />
Umijesaj med ili secer<br />
Sad uzmi case sa stegnutom kremom i pazljivo malom kasikom sipaj kasu od malina<br />

<b>Djumbir/ginger </b> je zanimljiva korijenasta biljka. Ljekovit je, mirisan, jak i ukusan ! Strucnjaci savjetuju da bi ga trebalo koristiti svakodnevno u ishrani. Ima mocna ljekovista svojstva. Od davnina se koristi puno u istocnjackim jelima. Dodaje poseban ukus jelima a istovremeno ih cini zdravijima. <br />
Djumbir je biljka koje se uzgaja u Australiji,Jamajci, Indiji i Kini. Koristi se u ljekovite svrhe vec stoljecima i neprestano se istrazuje.<br />
Postao je jako popularan u kuhinjama sirom svijeta. Pristupacan je u raznim oblicima a narocito u obliku praha ili svjezi u korijenu.<br />

Koristi kao lijek protiv mucnine i morske bolesti. Nije uzalud da se stavlja u bozicne keksice i Svedani imaju jednu finu izreku :" Uzmi jedan djinder keks da budes dobar !" Na to se misli da ce ti probava biti mirna i bez problema i samim tim si zadovoljan i ljubazan :)<br />
Koristan je u lijecenju mucnine, boli u stomaku, zubobolje i reumatizma jer ima protupalna svojstva.<br />

Djumbir ne izaziva popratne pojave, ako ga na primjer stavite u jela od graha ili drugig povrca, sprijecit ce stvaranje plinova ! Korisno, zar ne ?<br />

Puno ga je lakse naribati u jogurt tako smrznutog jer nema onih dugih koncica kao kad je korijen svjez. Zamrznuti ne gubi nikakva svojstva i ja ocistim jednan manji korijen i zamrznem i kako ga goristim svakodnevno brzo ga i potrosim i onda zamrznem novi komad .<br />

Jedino ga nije dobro uzimati prije spavanje, jer podize nivo energije. Preporucuje se ujutro za pocetak dana i za rucak za odrzavanje energije i radnog elana :) <br />
Dakle ovaj zacin je fantastican! Ja rado slusam slusam strucnjake jer jednostavno obozavam ovaj zacin :) <br />

Veliki umejtnik Pablo Picasso usred Svedske ! Cudno ali istinito !<br />
Kristinehamn - mali grad smjesten na sjevernoj obali Vänern, Svedskog najveceg jezera, treceg po velicini u Europi. Kristinehamn ima lijepu poziciju i veliku luku. Neobicno za tako mali grad, ali brodovi imaju veliki znacaj za ovaj dio Svedske. U davna vremena je Kristinehmn imao veliko znacenje za trgovinu, jer tu prolazii put koji povezuje Svedsku i Norvesku.<br />
Na ulazu u luku u grad Kristinemhn stoji jedna velika skulptura , skulptura od betona, Picassova skulptura.<br />
Odkud to ? Ovako slijedi prica:<br />
Norveski umjetik Carl Nejsar je radio sa Picassom i izradivao skuplture za njega 17 godina. Picasso je izrazio zelju da bi volio izgraditi negdje jednu veliku skulpturu i napravio model . Nejsar se raspitao u svom gradu u Norveskoj ali su glavni odgovorni odbili govoreci da skulptura izgleda <b><i>grozno</i></b>. <br />
U Francuskoj je Nejsar sreo prijatelja Bengt Olson , umjetnika iz Kristinehamn i razgovarali su o Picassovom modelu . Olson se raspitao u svom gradu i odgovrni su se odmah slozili. Nejsar je to saopstio Picassu i umjetnik je pristao ali ako bude postavljena na odgovarajucem mjestu. Olson je poslao fotografije mjesta Strandudden , ulaza u luku u Kristinehmn i Picaso je poslao razglednicu sa odgovorom :<br />

Skulptura je podignuta 1965 i najveca je Picassova skulptura na svijetu - visoka je15 metara i izradjena od betona , teknikom kojoj je Nejsar radio puno godina. Skulptura se zove po Picassovoj zeni Jacqueline , prve skice je on uradio vec 1950. Jacqueline pozdravlja sve mornare dobrodosle u luku .<br />
Skulptura je u obliku visokog stupa na cijem su vrhu izradjena betonska "krila" i profil Picassove zene .<br />

Ljetni plodovi upravo sazrijevaju i treba ih sacuvati na neki nacin. Njalakse u teglicama :)<br />
ja sam danas brala moje crne ribizle koje upravo dozrijevaju. Dakle nisu sasvim zrele i slatke nego onako malo kiselkaste i odlicne za pravljenje zeléa ! Ostavila sam jedan zbun da sazori i od njih cu onda praviti sok ili dzem.<br />
<br />
<b>Zelé od crnih ribizla !</b><br />
<br />
<u>Potrebno je :</u><br />
<br />
1 kg ribizla<br />
4 dl vode<br />
750 gr (9 dl) secera<br />
<br />
<u>Postupak:</u><br />
<br />
Obrane ribizle ne treba skroz osictiti od peteljki, samo od lisca i ostalih eventualnih necistoca<br />
Oprati i staviti u zdjelu i kuhati sa vodom<br />
Povremeno potisnuti sa kuhacom i malo prignjeciti ribizle<br />
Kuhati oko 15 minuta<br />
Izliti masu u jednu gustu cjediljku ( najbolje onu za sokove od guste gaze ) i ostaviti da se cijedi oko 30 minuta<br />
Procijedani sok izmjeriti i vratiti u opranu zdjelu<br />
Na litar cistog soka ide 750 gr secera<br />
Sok staviti da se kuha i plagano dodavati secer da se rastopi i kuha<br />
Nakon 10 -ak minuta skinuti sa sporeta, pokupiti pjenicu i sasuti u ciste male teglice<br />
Dobro zatvoriti i osatvi na hladno.<br />

Napomena. ako se zelé nije zgusnuo znaci da nije bilo dovoljno pektina u ribizlama, treba ponovo prokuhati i dodati pektin ( gotovi ima da se kupi )<br />

Iako ljeto kasni i Skandinavsko sunce slabo grije, ipak su procvjetale moje lijepe ruze ! One prkose hladnoj zimi, skrtom proljecu i kisnom prohladnom ljetu. Uzivam u njihovoj raskosi i mirisu :) Nisu sve procvjetale , mozda i nece, ali ja uzivam u ovima koje su ipak uspjele i hrarbo i ponosno pokazuju svoju eleganciju !<br />

Ponekad, kao ovaj put - nemoguce je napisati rijeci koje u potpunosti mogu opisati osjecaj harmonije. Na ovakvim mjestima u prirodi potrebno je samo duboko disati i slusati zvukove oko nas. Ptice, voda, oblaci , sapat sume pa cak i lagana kisa - to je priroda koja nam pruza osjecaj bogatstva i uzivanja :)<br />
U mislima dijelim tu harmoniju i bogatstvo sa dragim ljudima koji su mi daleko i zamisljam kako bi i oni uzivali da su tu.<br />

Kasalj, kasalj i opet kasalj !<br />
Naporan , bolan i bez predaha. Muci me vec nekoliko dana. I noci !<br />
Sirup po receptu, sirup bez recepta, cajevi , limuni , luk i med ... a sve sam probala. I sve bez rezultata. Kasalj i dalje kida moja pluca :( Neko grozno virusno oboljenje, kaze doktor. Ne vrijede antibiotici proci se samo. Ali je naporno.<br />
Trazeci po netu o nekom novom nacinu suzbijanja kaslja pronadjoh ovaj stari i zaboravljeni lijek ! A dobro se sjecam da smo to nekad davno pravili, brali zute ljepljive cvjetove maslacka i bili precizni da ih izbrojimo !<br />
A upravo ovih dana je kod nas na sjeveru procvjetao maslacak. Sve se zuti okolo od lijepih zutih cvjetova. <br />
Na ljutnju i nerviranje mojih svedana za koje je to korov i uporno ga pokusavaju iskorijeniti. Meni nije jasno zasto ? Njihovi travnjaci moraju biti precizni, zeleni , nista ne smije narusiti tu savrsenost. Kod mene je obratno - volim sve sto cvjeta i uljepsava nasu livadicu oko kuce :) U proljece rana plava scilla . prelijepo sitno cvijece od koje se nas travnjak zaplavi, bukvalno receno ! A sad nam cvjetaju ovi zuti lijepi cvjetovi maslacka na moju radost. I jos kad sam pronasla recept dala sam se na branje, i pravljenje sirupa /meda.<br />

Potrebno je :<br />
<ul>
<li>150 cvjetova maslacka</li>
<li>1250 g secera </li>
<li>jedan limun</li>
<li>litra vode </li>
</ul>
<br />
Cvjetove ( samo cvjetove ne stabljike ) je najbolje brati po danu kad sunce sija. Tad su najvise rascvjetani i puni nektara . Dobro ih otresti od mogucih bubica. Oprati i nasuti vodu u jednu zdjelu i staviti da kuha oko 20-ak minuta. Kuca lijepo mirisi dok se to kuha :)<br />
Zatim dobro procijediti na gustu gazu u drugu zdjelu.<br />
Procjedjenu tekucinu staviti ponovo na sporet, dodati secer i jedan oprani i narezani limun. Da biste izbjegli gorcinu mozete limunu odtraniti koru, ali ja sam narezala cijeli.<br />
Kuhati tako oko sat - sat i po vremena dok se tekucina ne pretvori u gusti , misriljavi sirup.<br />
Nasuti u ciste vruce teglice i odmah dobro zatvoriti. Od ove kolicine dobije se nekoliko manjih teglica.<br />

Doziranje : po zelji !<br />
Kako mene muci kasalj vec neko vrijeme ja sam odmah krenula sa ovim lijekom - po jednu kasicicu svakih sat-dva ! A poslije po potrebi. Sad se nadam brzom ozdravljenju, i sirup je jako ukusan!<br />
Mislim da cu napravit jos koju teglicu dok ima maslacaka. Orhideje vole , kako nam je poznato, svjetlost i sunce ali ipak <b>ne prejako</b> sunce. Direktna, jaka svjetlost sunca sprzi im listove i usporava im rast i cvjetanje. Doduse ako su cvjetale cijelu zimu , ljeto im bude kao godisnji odmor :) Odmaraju od aktivnog cvjetanja, odmaraju i skupljaju snagu za slijedeci cvjetni period.<br />
Ali one koje cvjetaju uporno i ne predaju se cak ni ljeti - moramo zastiti od jakog sunca jer to nikako ne vole.<br />

Kod mene u mojoj velikoj kuci je puno prozora na sve strane ima mjesta za sve moje orhideje. I sad krecem - selidba i preseljenje orhideja prema njihovoj zelji i potrebi.<br />
Dakle , sa jako suncanog prozora na kojem je direktno sunce na orhideje / a nase sjeverno sunce sija sad i nocu i danju/ selim orhideje na one prozore na kojim je malo sjenovito ali ipak dovoljno svijetlo. Na zapadne i sjeverne prozore. Ili velike prozore na kojima ljeti drzimo spustene roletne, pa je sjenovito ali svijetlo. Tu selim one orhideje koje jos uvijek puno cvjetaju.<br />

Ako ih ne mozete preseliti na druge prozore kao ja, ipak ih zastitite na neki nacin: stavite suncane zastitnike na prozore na donji dio prozora tako da stiti zelene listove orhideja, jer njihovi debeli zeleni listovi su izvor zivota i hrana za cvjetove. Nemojte ih seliti u unutrasnjost sobe daleko od prozora, jer tu mogu uvenuti. Radije na prozoru sa zastitom, nego u mracnom kutu na stolicima i vitrinama. Ja sam sve probala i zaista znam da ne vole mracne kutove.<br />

Prije nekih 10-ak godina bas kad sam zavrsila moje obrazovanje
zdravstvenog pedagoga krenula je "moda" hodanja sa stapovima. Cudno je
to izgledalo - idu ljudi u setnju, ne sa jednim nego cak sa DVA stapa !?
A stapovi podsjecaju na one skijaske ali nigdje skija ? Meni je srecom
to bio dio obrazovanja. Volim setnje a volim i odrzavati kondiciju i
vjezbe za kicmu tako da mi ovaj nacin rekreacija odmah prirastao srcu.
Osim sto sam i sama vjezbala istovremeno sam imale grupe radoznalih
ljudi koje sam obucavala u pravilnom hodanju i maksimalnom uzivanju u
setnji !<br />

Jednom prilikom sam bila zamoljena od jedne velike firme da pomognem
njihovim gostima iz Kanade dok su bili ovdje na konferenciji. Odmah sam
se sjetila da im treba malo cistog zraka nakon puno sjedenja u
zatvorenom prostoru i naravno nabavili smo stapove za sve goste, pozvali
ih na ulicu ispred hotela i tu sam ih cekala ja sa stapovima. Cudno su
me gledali dok sam prosetala isped njih i objasnjavala im, ali jos
cudnije kad su svima bili dodjeljeni stapovi i samo sam im uzviknula:
Folow me ! He he bilo je to zasita veselo : ja u setnji pracena sa 40-ak
muskih ( u odijelima i kravatama)<br />
i nekoliko zena ! setali smo stazom
uz jezero, ja sam im pokusavala objasniti tehniku hodanja a oni su to
sve veselo prihvatili i sigurno govoreci- ja cudnih li Svedana !<br />
Dakle, setnja sa stapovima ne samo da je vesela vec je i efektna! Evo dokazanih zdravstvenih ucinaka:<br />

<li>Bolja kondicija, rad srca poboljsan, pluca ispunjena kisikom, osjecas se jace</li>
<li>istovremeno se treniraju velike grupe misica u tijelu</li>
<li>Blaga forma treninga za koljena, kukove i kraljeznicu</li>
<li>Opustanje napetih misica u vratu i ramenima ( ublazava glavobolju )</li>
</ul>

<li>Eftekno spaljivanje masnih tkiva - dakle pomaze u mrsavljenju !</li>
</ul>
Kao prvo treba nabaviti stapove i dobru udobnu obucu za setnju ! To
je sva ekonomska investicija , ne treba obilaziti skupe centre za
treninge i nabavljati skupu opremu !<br />

Pravilni stapovi su lagani , sa drzacem oko ruke - najbolje onaj koji
se moze namjestiti da ne moras cvrsto drzati stap za vrijeme hodanja,
duzina stapa se odredjuje prema tvojoj visini:<br />

Tehnika hodanja:<br />
prije nego krenes u setnju misli na sljedece : nemoj da ides odmah
nakon jela , sacekaj kojih 15 minuta, kreni sa laganim zagrijavnjem
tijela i misica - nemoj da ides zgrceno i ukoceno. Obuci se komotno i
udobno, hodanje treba da bude opusteno i prirodno.<br />
Zagrijavanje nekoliko minuta: udahni duboko i pri tome podigni ramena
sto vise mozes pri izdisanju spustaj ramena lagano, hodaj na mjestu,
podigni koljena sto vise mozes. Uradi nekoliko nagiba naprijed, kruzi
rukama u velikim krugovima, zatim lagano kruzi ramenima naprijed i
nazad.<br />
Uzmi stapove i kreni ! Hodaj normalno tvojim korakom, bas kako ides u
setnju. Pusti stapove neka prate rad ruku. Nakon nekoliko koraka spusti
stapove i neka budu dijagonalno sa stopalima - lijeva noga desni stap i
obratno . Stapovi treba da budu cijelo vrijeme kod peta . To znaci da
za svaki novi korak malo se odbacis sa stapom i pomognes za novi korak.
Korak ce biti automatski veci i duzi! I brzi ! U tome jeste efektnost
stapova ! Nastavi da hodas, ne drzi stapove cvrsto i grcevito , eka se ruke lagano odmaraju na stapu i spusti ramena .
Ako hodas po asfaltu jako je vazno da imas one dobre gumene stitnike
na vrhu stapa. To ublazava tvrdi dodir sa asfaltom i ne osjeti se u
ramenima i rukama.<br />

Hodanje ce biti automatski brze, disanje dublje i jace, misici
osjecaju da rade ! A ti uzivas u setnji i osjecas da radis nesto dobro i
zdravo za svoje tijelo .<br />
Hodanje treba da bude najmanje 20minuta u pocetku a zatim produzujes
kako mozes i zelis. Ako ne mozes hodati svaki dan onda produzi setnju
onih dana kad mozes, najbolje svaki drugi dan da bi bilo rezultata.<br />
Meni su stapovi pomogli puno zimus kad sam operisala kuk - umjesto
staka setala sam sa stapovima, uz ulicu i niz ulicu, par metara pa sve
cesce i duze. Stapovi sluze i kao oslonac pa se osjecam sigurno i
stabilno ! Danas mi je to najbolja forma treninga, hodam svaki dan barem
kratku setnju od 20 minuta a kad me ne boli kuk onda idem duze. Nekad
sam mogla ici po sumskoj stazi i po par sati i uzivala sam u tome, sad
mi je to graniceno ali hodam i treniram. Nadam se da cu opet jednom moci
na moje duge sumske setnje sa mojim stapovima !<br />

Sve sto je bilo mirno i uspavano sad se polako pokrece i trazi novu energiju. A tako i mi sami. Probudimo nas organizam , tijelo i dusu.<br />Pokrenimo nase uspavane celije u organizmu na jednostavne i lijepe nacine :)<br /><ol><li>Pocnimo sa bojama : okruzimo se veselim i lijepim bojama, kako odjecom i cvijecem tako i hranom. Jedimo sto jasnije i svjezije boje hrane sto je moguce. Povrce i voce u jakim bojama su bogati antioxidantima koji nam pomazu da budemo jaci i zdraviji .</li><li>Jedimo pametnije - konzumirajmo samo hranu koju mozemo vidjeti "golim okom ". Sve sto je gotovo ili polugotovo skriva nepozeljne i stetne sastojke za nas organizam !<br /></li><li>Pokrenimo se ! Izadjimo van na svjezi zrak i suncevu svjetlost. Ne moramo trcati maraton, dovoljno je da smo vani u laganoj setnji ili vrtnim radovima ili jednostavno uzivanje na proljetnom suncu. Prilagodimo to nasim zeljama i mogucnostima !</li><li>Disimo duboko ! Zastanimo i udahnimo 3 puta duboko i lagano barem 3 puta na dan. Na taj nacin umirujemo stresane celije, razmislajmo jasnije i cistije. istovremeno jacamo odbrambeni sistem u organizmu .</li><li>Pijmo dovoljno tecnosti - cista voda ili zeleni caj pomazu nam za bolji krvotok, a samim tim i sagorijevanje masnih celija !</li><li>Budimo veseli i nasmijani ! Smijeh je nasa "tajna" medicina mladosti i svjezine :) Nakon dobrog humora i iskrenog smijeha osjecamo se kao da smo upravo obavili fizicki trening. Historijski spomenik koji je i dan danas zavijen u tajnu ! Jos uvijek se ne zna tacno zasto je podignut i od koga.<br />59 velikih spomenika od kamena je postavljeno u obliku broda 67 metara dugackog i svaki kamen vaze oko 2 tone. Strucnajci su ispitivali godiste spomenika, ali jos uvojek nije utvrdjeno iz kojeg je doba. Vjeruju da je podignuto jos u bronzano doba . Da se zove bas Ale kamenje - strucnjaci tvrde da je to stari naziv za brdasce : al = ås , brdovito uzvisenje. Knäcke u prevodu znaci hrskav, lomljiv. To su zapravo tvrde suhe plocice koje se najcesce prave od razenog brasna , te su najvise kupuju. ali ima ih raznih "tvrdoca" , ukusa i oblika- ravne plocice, okrugle velike ploce koje se lome po zelji , manje okrugle plocice. Ima ih raznog ukusa, obicno su slani ali ima i zasladjenih, moji najdrazi su sa cimetom :) Obavezne su na svedskom stolu - to mislim na obicni sto kad se servira hrana a ne na one male sendvice :)), premazuju se margarinom ili svjezim sirom, marmeladom ...cime se zeli ! To je nekad bilo veliko imanje i gospodarstvo u vlasnistvu jedne imucne familije , ali je vec odavno predano Narodnom muzeju na cuvanje. U jednoj od njih su sacuvane sve lijepe konjske prikolice i fijakeri. Ima ih raznih velicina i dizajna, a neke su toliko stare da su dijelovi posebno povezani jedan za drugi da se ne bi raspali, na njima pise da poticu iz 1700 godine. Kako se u jednom dijelu parka uzgaja zacinsko bilje tu u staroj "mljekari" se sad cuvaju i preradjuju zacini u razne mirisne proizvode. I prodaju u butiku :)<br />Dalje nas setnja vodi uz jezero Öljaren uz koje je smjesteno imanje . Stizemo do jednog dijela parka u kojem su male kucice iz starog doba , neke su jos iz 1800 i lijepo ocuvane. Ja osjecam neku carobnu misticnost sjedeci na klupi ispred ove male kucice i zamisljam ljude koji su tu zivjeli i radili.<br />Nakon odmora na klupici idemo dalje kroz park. U samom zelenilu vidimo jednu malu drvenu kapelicu. Puno ljudi je tu zaposleno i rade na uzgoju povrca i voca.<br />Julita imanje je jos poznato po svom tradicionalnom Bozicnom marknadu - Jul marknad, a posebno je bas zbog toga sto se tu prodaju proizvodi i produkti koji poticu samo sa ovog imanja i najblize okoline. I tako je to krenulo :)<br /><p style="text-align: justify;"> Dakle ove orhideje su jednostavne za odrzavati. Treba ih postaviti na prozor gdje je svijetlo, ali da nije direktno sunce. Sunce im sprzi listove i cvjetovi im opadaju. Ja im mjenjam mjesto zimi i ljeti, u zimskom periodu mogu slobodno da budu na istocnim prozorima a ljeti ih premjestim na zapadnu i sjevernu stranu. Vole svjetlost i vlaznost, ali ne puno vode, lagano zalijevanje sa malo vode 1 put u 7-8 dana. Lako je vidjeti kad su zedne - "zemlja" im je bijela znak da su zedne. </p><p>I tako one nastavljaju cvjetati,cvjetovi im otpadaju kad su icvjetale, grancice im se suse - to je sasvim prirodno. Grancice koje su se osusile potpuno nakon cvjetanja odsjeci nozem ili makazama, nakon nekog vremena raste nova grancica koja ce nositi nove cvjetove. Nastavimo ih zalijevati kao i ranije. Dokle god su im listovi zeleni i debeli /cvrsti nastavljamo njegovati nase ljepotice. Tad su u periodu odmaranja, ali uskoro cete vidjeti novu grancicu i nove pupoljke :) </p>Presadjivenje je malo osjetljiviji dio, ali nije opasno. Orhideje ne treba presadjivati dok cvjetaju i dok im nije postalo tijesno u teglici. To je vazdusata mjesavina koja podsjeca orhideje na njihovu prirodnu sredinu u sumi i dzungli iz koje poticu. Ta mjesavina se kupi u cvjecarnama i zove se bas zemlja za orhideje. Korijene koje smo tresli od ostataka zemlje ocistimo i odrezemo makazama one koji su suhi ili bez zivotni, jednostavno "osisamo" zamrsene korijene, ali pazljivo. Ostavimo zdrave i cvrste . Pripremimo teglicu u koju cemo presaditi orhideju, moze biti nova veca ali moze biti i ona stara u kojoj su bile, samo oprana i cista. Moze se ostaviti koji korijen koji raste direktno ispod listova, taj ne moramo prekriti zemljom, neka ostane izvan i dise . Ta mi nikako ne dozvoljava da je presadim jer svaki put kad mislim da je vrijeme za resadu ona ponovo i prkosno cvjeta svojim lijepim bijelim cvjetovima :) Ne diram je, neka cvjeta na miru dokle hoce i moze, izgleda da je zadovoljna i ovako.<br />Dakle orhideje nije tesko njegovati a ni presadjivati, samo treba pazljivo i pravilno. Sva sreca pa mi je kuca velika, tako ako mi dosadi jedna soba imam ih jos 5 , pa dok ih obidjem sve vec se i umorim. Ali sad zelim biti vani, sjediti na suncu i piti kavicu slusajucu veseli cvrkut ptica !<br />Ptice su se vec doselile i ja sam ih namamila u moj vrt.
